God’s ministry to us, is God’s ministry through us.
Rooted in our Union with Christ, we endeavor to proclaim the Good News in word & deed through relational discipleship and evangelism, committed to cross-cultural reconciliation to redeem the world.
What does this mean?
-
Believers are “in Christ Jesus” therefore, children of the only true and living God and are privileged to—
Access to the King — the God who spoke all creation into existence lovingly welcomes believers to commune with Him in unending tender companionship through His Word, prayer, and Table. We are steeped in fellowship and united to our God.
Acceptance of the King — the Lord makes believers His own, committing to His people for His name’s sake. This deep belonging frees us to live joyfully, hopefully, vulnerably, humbly, and lovingly. All that we have—in fact, all that we are— originates in Him, unleashing extravagant stewardship of time, talents, and treasures.
Assurance with the King — God promises He will never leave us or forsake us. He is “God with us.” Trusting in His steadfast love steadies us with a peace that surpasses understanding. We are comforted and sustained in both: joys & sorrows, success & setbacks, pleasure & pain. His presence is our confidence as He is— identifying, empathizing, seeing, knowing, understanding all the depth of our human experience.
-
We announce the historical Jesus, God became flesh to enter into the story of humanity. He lived the life we should have lived and willingly died the death we should have died — and rose from the dead conquering sin, death, and the power of the evil one. By grace through faith in Jesus, sinners are clothed in the righteousness of Christ and every sin past, present, and future has been paid for on the cross.
This reality applied to our lives gives us a new identity, new purpose, and new life — “born again.”
Because Jesus is our Savior we are completely justified and righteous in His sight, we no longer have to earn our worth. Because Jesus is our Lord we surrender our lives to His leading.
He leads us out of ourselves, and into a life of sacrificial love marked by spirit-led words of gentle boldness, compassionate conviction, and profound clarity; and deeds of justice, mercy, friendship, and authenticity.
-
Because every person is made in the image and likeness of God Almighty, His glory breaks through all of our stories. We seek and search the treasure revealed in each individual and praise God for His creative glory.
Knowing & being know is our opportunity to point to the Lord’s work with truthful clarity, individual specificity, and compassionate love.

We follow Jesus
our cross-cultural Savior (John 1:9-14)
to live cross-cultural lives (1 Corinthians 9:19-23)
to bring a cross-cultural heaven (Revelation 7:9-10) to a divided & broken world.
In God’s manifold—multicolored—wisdom (Ephesians 3:8-10) He tears down dividing walls of hostility (Ephesians 2:13-22) to build a people who are ambassadors of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:16-21).

Redemption means to buy back. Jesus has purchased all that was lost in Adam’s rebellion (Genesis 3) by His blood on the cross. Under the rule and reign of Jesus Christ— evil is turned to good, rebellion is turned to obedience, and death is turned to life.
Jesus is transforming hearts, to activate a people, who will follow His way, to renew the world for good.
